If you’re tired of obsessing over food,
starting over every Monday,
and feeling stuck in a body that
no longer feels like yours...
you're not alone.
I help women and men learn about
GLP-1 support options
like semaglutide, tirzepatide,
and microdosing in a way
that actually makes sense.
You're body changing doesn't mean you did something wrong.
For many, these things shift:
hormones
stress
inflammation
appetite regulation
cravings
food noise
Which is why more people are exploring GLP-1 support.

It's the CONSTANT mental chatter around food.
Thinking about:
what you're going to eat next
what you already ate
what you shouldn't eat
trying to "be good"
feeling guilty afterward
Even when you're full.
It can feel like:
standing in the kitchen searching for something even though you just ate
thinking about snacks while making dinner
feeling mentally pulled towards food all day
eating from stress, boredom, or overwhelm
starting over every Monday
feeling frustrated with yourself for "lacking willpower"
never fully feeling satisfied
For many, this cycle becomes exhausting.
Not physically.
Mentally.
Because food starts taking up WAY too much space in your brain.
One of the biggest things people notice after starting a GLP support is:
"My brain finally feels quiet around food."
Not obsessed.
Not constantly battling cravings
Not thinking about eating 24/7.
Just.... Normal.
And honestly?
That shift alone can feel life-changing for people who've struggled for years.

Yes! This product is prescribed by a licensed healthcare provider based on individual needs.
To qualify, patients must be at least 18 years old, reside in or be physically present in an eligible state, and meet clinical requirements for treatment. EllieMD prescribes these medications for adults with a BMI of 25 or higher. Patients transferring from another weight-loss prescription program, even from a different telehealth platform or physician, may qualify with a BMI of 22 or higher.
Per FDA guidance, GLP-1-based medications are generally approved for adults with a BMI over 30, or over 27 with a qualifying health condition such as type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, or high cholesterol. Patients who are pregnant, nursing, or have certain conditions (such as pancreatitis, gallbladder disease, or thyroid cancer) may not be eligible. The provider will determine eligibility during your consultation.
Shipping can take 7-10 business days but most clients receive their package within 3-5 business days, if not sooner.
It is always a good idea to start the knowledge of your baseline. If you have not had labs completed in the recent past, the provider will give you a lab sheet. Though this is not a requirement, it is recommended to have completed. Your primary care doctor should also know that you have plans to start any new protocol.
